Have spent the day in bed with terrible cramp. Didn't feel like eating anything, just had a breakfast shake (heated) and then a little water throughout the day. TOTM means I'm retaining water too - just perfect for my weigh in at 7.30!

Went along anyway and I've lost 3.25lbs - not bad and still on target for my average of 4lbs per week.

Back to work tomorrow.
