I have been off my diet for a few days. This had been planned all along, as I had a big birthday to celebrate on Thursday 25th. I haven't been completely awful, just a bit naughty. Posh chinese restaurant on Saturday night was lush ![]()
Back on track today. Have been good all day, started to feel hungry late afternoon, but I just kept drinking more water (and peeing more water).
I wonder if my body will let me sleep tonight, as I am back to square one again? We'll see.
Younger sister has started the CD today too - hopefully we'll both be slim and gorgeous by easter!

i am planning about 5 days off in august. we go away every year to a christian conference, the food is usually ok but eating together is part of the week, so i don't want to be stressing about what i am eating. i am planning to leave the cakes, puddings and cooked breakfasts alone and get straight back on track when i get home, seems like a long way away but since it is now february it will soon be christmas ;-) by which time we will all be gorgeous!!
