Weekends historically have been hardest. I've got a load of work on this weekend and will be mobile most of tomorrow. I need to make sure that I plan my day around my getting home to have my lunchtime shake.
Still feeling pretty good, not tempted although felt a bit hungry at about ten past eleven this morning.
Was so busy last night that I forgot to have my 3rd shake and by the time I remembered, it was about 10.30 and I didn't want to have it.
Had a sneaky weigh in this morning and so far it looks like about 5lbs off - fingers crossed for a good first offical weigh in on Monday!
