Gettin!

A full 7lbs off in my first week, which I'm happy about!

Was feeling really tired/woozy at about 4.00pm again, last for an hour this time. Told my CD counsellor and she has advised me to perhaps have half a Crunch Bar when this happens - substitute it for a shake. Sounds good! Tried one of the bars on the way home (peanut one) and they are good! I'll be watching to see if it takes me out of ketosis.

Oh - did a big shop last night and found out that Pepsi Max has less calories in it than Coke Zero. I treated myself to one glass - will try to have one glass a day, but will also make sure that it doesn't take me out of ketosis.
