Okay, I think I've got into a decent pattern now. Porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch and chicken/brocolli for tea. I've not really cheated (apart from our anniversary tea) but I have been having some extra light salad cream with my chicken on an evening. I'm still in ketosis, so I think I'm managing to get away with it.
I checked my scales this morning, cos I was hoping that I would be down into the next 'stone' level - and I was! Whoopee!
If I can lose 2lbs by tomorrow (unlikely) that will be my first stone off (and all done in 3 weeks!).
I think I probably need to start doing some exercise, although I did climb to the top of a steep hill yesterday to catch the horses, and I wasn't out of breath! Oh, and I put on a coat yesterday that I usually struggle to get the bottom button done up on - easy peasy! These are the little milestones that keep you going.
