Not great news - only lost 1lb. Thing is, my scales usually marry up with whatever the CDC's scales say, regardless that I have weighed myself in the morning and I'm getting weighed in at hers in the evening. I've not been to the loo for 2 days and feel awful. Have bought some fibre stuff - will probably lose 2lbs would I eventually go! :)
Was a bit naughty and had some kebab meat and salad for tea. Weighed myself this morning and I haven't put on any extra - hope it hasn't knocked me out of ketosis! Back on track today.
